Order Cancellation


You can cancel your order anytime before it has been dispatched by contacting our customer service at 9901921882 / 7259253194. Once the order is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. Orders that are out for delivery cannot be cancelled. Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances, and we ask for your understanding in these situations. If an order is cancelled due to delayed delivery, a refund will be initiated once the package is marked as returning to the seller. If we detect any fraudulent activity or transactions that violate our terms and conditions, we reserve the right to cancel such orders without prior notice. We maintain a list of fraudulent transactions and customers to prevent future access or orders from them.

Returns

Due to the nature of our organic products, we have a no-return or exchange policy. However, we will accept returns or exchanges if the product is damaged, empty, or contains incorrect/missing items upon delivery. Customers must provide an unboxing video, a packaging defect video, and photos of the damaged product or item in question. For assistance with damaged, incorrect, or missing products, please contact our customer service at online.millethouse@gmail.com or call us at 9901921882 / 7259253194 within 48 hours of delivery. Each case will be handled individually. Please do not return your purchase to the manufacturer. Ensure you provide the receipt number for a quicker resolution.

Refunds

To compIf your order is cancelled, the refund will be processed and reflected in your bank account within 7-10 days. Some banks may take longer for the amount to appear in your account. For returns of damaged products, once we receive and inspect the item, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 days.lete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then, contact your bank as there may be some processing time before the refund is posted.     Shipping

    To return your product, please mail it to: Millet House, 81A, Mallur, Shidlaghatta Taluk, Chikkaballapur District, Karnataka-562102.
    If our customer service team deems the item damaged after redressal, Millet House will cover the shipping costs.

    If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

    Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

    Payment Failures

    Automatic orders will not be generated if the payment has failed or is in pending status. Please wait for a few hours. You can raise a dispute in the payment app and later send the details to us. There is no need to worry about the payment; once credited, we will ship the orders. Any disputes on payments will be informed to you. Please allow the standard banking time periods in this situation.
